Staff RentalVolts Venture Staff Rental Rules and Procedures 1. Volt Renter must check in with either Ginny, the Office Manager or any of the CORE staff before renting equipment. If you fail to do this, you will lose staff rental priviledges! 2. Volt Renter is required to fill out Staff Rental from. (forms available in black filing cabinet.)
3. No "last minute" rental is allowed (i.e., staff may not come in during the weekend and get equipment, advanced reservation is required for all equipment). 4. Renter is responsible for putting their rental equipment back in it’s original place upon return of such items. 5. Equipment is to be returned CLEAN, DRY, AND ON TIME. If still wet upon return time, simply inform the Office Manager. 6. Any equipment not returned on time, staff will be required to pay the standard rental fee and possibly lose their rental privilege for the remaining of the semester. 7. Volt Renter agrees they have enough familiarity with the activity to understand and agree to abide by the commonly accepted safety practices or will acquaint him/her self with those practices prior to participation. 8. Renter agrees to be thoughtful about his/her ability. 9. Renter agrees to report all accidents to Venture immediately. 10. Renter agrees to keep all rental items in his/her custody and not sublease or allow others not party to the agreement to use the same. 11. Renter agrees to pay Venture for any damage to the rental items while in his/her custody. 12. Renter agrees not to paddle on unapproved river or at unapproved water levels.
13. Renter agrees not to drink alcoholic beverages before or during usage of equipment |
