Come hike the Boone Fork Trail with Venture. Right off the Blue Ridge Parkway, this trail crisscrosses several tributaries of Boone Fork through quiet woods filled with rhododendron. Hiking this trail lets you walk the challenging section through huge boulders and cascades, finally arriving at Boon Fork itself. This gives you the excellent and unusual combination of a backcountry trail that is clearly marked. Come on and sign up for this awesome day hike! Transportation and lunch are included.

Looking for some competition? Kayak polo is an exciting team sport to try. Goals are scored by throwing a ball into a goal from your kayak while paddling across the water.  All abilities are welcome. Improve your paddling skills while playing this unique sport. Pre-register at the Venture Office and meet at the Belk Pool.
